The K.C’s came into existence after meeting whilst on holiday in Spain and becoming really good friends. After instantly realising their song writing partnership had to be, they began expanding their repertoire from there straight away. Drawing inspiration from acts such as Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons and Laura Marling which leads to a mix of ethereal vocals and achingly beautiful guitar work to form an acoustic blend that really pulls that heart strings, a perfect combination of musicianship and soul.
After beginning from humble roots the band are now signed to assorted records and working together they hope to bring their eclectic music and performances to a much wider audience in the future.

Numan Paul Presents his remix of Alex Metric Feat.Charli XCX - End of the World
As one half of nu disco duo Glass Robots, Numan Paul is already making waves in the dance scene, and is truly a force to be reckoned with. Branching off as a futuristic side project, his own unique brand of electroni-pop really showcases his artistic flair and passion for being a producer, remixer, composer, and performer. Influenced by bands like Friendly Fires and Pony Pony Run Run, his whirlwind concoction of melodic trance, dance and swirling synthesizers are complemented by super hard-hitting bass lines. He’s remixed everything from Tiesto to Unkle, stamping his unmistakable sound into everything he touches, and it’s earned him first place in Indaba Music’s “California Girl Remix” competition. His stellar debut “Love Crazy” is out now.
You can soon listen to a podcast featuring Sophie made by the people at Labelled Indie Podcast with some exclusive live performances and chat.

Review of The Journey
Posted on Monday 19th December 2011 by Peter Roch
Acoustic music is a very saturated part of mainstream music these days, as it seems just about everyone with a guitar is giving it a go. With so many six-stringed instruments cluttering the music scene it takes someone with something really special to stand apart from the copycat masses, and luckily Georgia Stanway is that someone. Playing music from the age of seven, her latest EP ‘The Journey’ is like a breath of fresh air in comparison to all the bedroom-performing amateurs, and that is very hard to come by. Beginning to make a nice little name for herself in the Staffordshire area, she has been performing relentlessly, won several local competitions, and even got to play at the Stone and Stafford Christmas lights ceremony – and from the sounds of her recent release it’s not difficult to see why she’s doing so well.
