As the lovely Jon Demain of Assorted Records has decided to give me my own artist page (and force feed me Doritos..), I thought I should probably say hi, and explain my mysterious entrance to the Assorted team. I am the newly assigned Media monkey, you may have heard my unexperienced radio voice on the Assorted Podcasts, which will be rolling out between bi-weekly and monthly, depending on whether our attention is in the hundred thousands, or millions.
If you've read my little bio, then you'll know that I'm a songwriter, producer, guitarist and vocalist (pretty much in that order). I've worked with Pete and Jon for about 2 and a half months, and they are some of the nicest guys I've met. If you're an artist, and they like what you do, they'll do their best to get it the attention it deserves!!
Anyway. I'm working on some electronic pop music at the moment, and since I haven't got much experience in that genre, I hope to produce something a little bit unique! Some of my early stuff is up on Soundcloud, so if you fancy listening to something that most people have never heard..go for it!
Oh...and since this is in fact a page devoted to my acoustic music, I probably should mention that I'm going to Leeds College of Music (University) in September, where I hope to begin recording my second album. Needless to say, if you're here, you'll be kept up to date.
